Event Cancellation by Jalgaon Branch of WIRC of ICAI
The Jalgaon Branch of WIRC of ICAI reserves the right to cancel any programme/event due to low enrolment or any other circumstances that may render the event non-viable.
- In case of cancellation by the Jalgaon Branch, registered participants shall be entitled to a full refund of the registration fees paid.
- If the event is postponed, the Jalgaon Branch reserves the right to either: issue a full refund, or transfer the registration to the same event on the revised future date.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellation requests must be received by the Jalgaon Branch of WIRC of ICAI at least one day prior to the date of the event.
- Cancellation requests received on or after the date of the event shall not be eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through a written application.
- Refund requests must clearly mention: Name of the participant, Membership Number / Student Registration Number, Contact Number, Transaction Number / Payment details
Non-Attendance
Refund shall not be granted to participants who register but do not attend the event.
